প্রতিটি তত্ত্বের নির্দিষ্ট কালার বা রং আছে। রং টা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়।বাস্তুতে এক তত্ত্বের রং অন্য তত্ত্বে থাকলে বা বিপরিত রঙের কোন বস্তু থাকলে সেই জোনটা খারাপ ফল দিতে থাকে।আবার বাস্তুর দিক অনুসারে দিকের অধিপতি গ্রহ রয়েছে অর্থাৎ উত্তর দিক=বুধ গ্রহ,ঈশান কোন=বৃহস্পতি,পূর্ব দিক=রবি,অগ্নি কোন= শুক্র,দক্ষিণ দিক=মঙ্গল ও নৈঋত কোন=রাহু, পশ্চিম দিক=শনি এবং বায়ু কোন = চন্দ্র। কেন্দ্র স্থান = কেতু।

১৬ টি জোনের নাম যেমন ঃ১.উত্তর ২.উত্তর -উত্তর পূর্ব ৩.উত্তর পূর্ব বা ঈশান ৪.পূর্ব -উত্তর পূর্ব ৫.পূর্ব ৬.পূর্ব-দক্ষিন পূর্ব ৭.দক্ষিণ পূর্ব বা অগ্নি ৮.দক্ষিণ-দক্ষিণ পূর্ব ৯.দক্ষিণ ১০.দক্ষিণ -দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম ১১.দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম বা নৈঋত ১২.পশ্চিম -দক্ষিণ পশ্চিম ১৩.পশ্চিম ১৪.পশ্চিম -উত্তর পশ্চিম ১৫.উত্তর পশ্চিম বা বায়ুকোন ও ১৬.উত্তর -উত্তর পশ্চিম। ১৬ টা জোনকে ৫টি তত্ত্বে ভাগ করা হয়েছে।

১৬ নং+১নং +২নং+৩ নং=জোন গুলো জল তত্ত্বের এবং এদের রং নীল। ৪নং+৫নং+৬নং জোন= বায়ু তত্ত্ব এবং এদের রং সবুজ।৭নং+৮নং+৯নং জোন= অগ্নি তত্ত্ব, এদের রং লাল।১০ নং+১১ নং+১৫ নং জোন=পৃথিবী তত্ত্বের, এদের রং হলুদ।১২নং+১৩নং+১৪নং জোন = আকাশ তত্ত্বের এবং এদের রং সাদা।

এবার আসি বিচার ধারায়, ১৬ টি জোন থেকে কি বিচার হয় এবং জোন গুলো ব্যালেন্স না থাকলে কি কি সমস্যা হতে পারে।
